This includes such issues as legal, financial, spiritual, emotional, interpersonal as well as Advanced Directives. Develops and implements policies and procedures to carry out agency's goals. Homecare Registered Nurse (download application) - Full-time (37.50 hours per week) Vermont licensed Registered Nurse is needed for our Home Care Program. As a Home Health Nurse you will be responsible for coordinating and providing high quality multidisciplinary skilled health services in a home setting to patients in the Central Vermont area. You will also have the opportunity to provide care to high tech patients in the community with infusion pumps and other skilled care needs (training provided if needed). Requirements: Vermont Licensed RN (BSN Preferred) with a minimum of one year of experience in a medical/surgical environment, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
