Vermont’s 11 not-for-profit Visiting Nurse Associations and home
care agencies provide a wide range of high-quality care for
people of all ages with acute and long term illnesses. In
addition to skilled nursing services, specialty nurses
coordinate high-quality individualized care. Licensed
Nursing Assistants assist with personal care and activities
of daily living.
Home Care
