Information Technology Administer - Seeking a highly motivated IT professional to manage a Windows 2003 Server network environment.  In depth knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies is required. Experience implementing networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP is essential.  Position administers VPNs and supports CITRIX and Windows Terminal Server clients.

Responsibilities also include managing desktop and laptop users, wireless devices, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery procedures, and VoIP phone system.  Ability to troubleshoot, provide effective end user help desk support, and application and policy development are key elements of this role.  The candidate will also develop and conduct training and instruction for end users. Experience in managing MS Exchange, web design, MS Access database design, and MS Office expertise are also key components of this position.

RN/Personal Care Coordinator, Medicaid Waiver Program -  This  RN will provide assistance to the Medicaid Waiver Case manager supporting/providing educational programs to staff, skilled patients assessments related to the Choices for Care program; guidance and oversight of in-home education and orientation of staff. Must have Vermont license and two years experience and possess a collaborative approach to teaching.

DirDirector of Human Resources - The Visiting Nurse Association has opened a search for a full time HR professional to direct and coordinate the central Human Resource functions of the Agency.  Responsibilities include oversight of recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compensation as well as labor law compliance.  A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 to 7 years of Human Resource experience is required.  A broad base of technical knowledge and skills related to human resource administration is also necessary, including knowledge of labor law, compensation, benefits, ERISA, personnel policy, employment, and employee relations. Franklin County Home Health Agency

Registered Nurse - Per-diem. Practice, teach and/or supervise nursing care in a community setting; responsible for assigned clients and families; carrying out nursing skills contributing to treatment and rehabilitation, prevention of disease and conservation of health. Registered Nurses participate in Home Care and Hospice programs. 

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; must possess, as a minimum, an Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred.  One year minimum of progressive clinical experience as a registered nurse preferred.  Basic working knowledge of computers preferred. Possess current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of Vermont.


Registered Nurse -
Full-time, weekend and on-call rotation required practice, teach and/or supervise nursing care in a community setting; responsible for assigned clients and families; carry out nursing skills contributing to treatment and rehabilitation, prevention of disease and conservation of health.  Participate in the Hospice Program.

   Licensed Nursing Assistant - Licensed Nursing Assistants provide personal care a and treatment under the supervision  of Registered Nurses and Therapists. Part-time (  (32-hours) and per diem.

CCare Attendant -
Per-diem. Use your skills and talents to help people as a Care AAttendant in our Long Term Care Department.  You will make a positive impact on ptpatient's abilities to function independently at home. Care Attendants assist people in ththeir homes by providing light housekeeping, cooking grocery shopping, errands, and s home personal care.  We are looking for people who like to work mornings, evenings orweekends.
