Clinical Liaison and Marketing Representative, RN - Seeking an energetic per diem RN for approximately 15 hours per week to assist as a Clinical Liaison and Marketing Representative. Responsibilities include a variety of liaison and marketing functions, including visits to selected referral sources and community providers to build and maintain excellent systems for communication, referrals and updates on VNA services and programs. In addition, this position will assist with responding to referral source needs and providing outstanding customer service.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, RN licensure and a minimum of one year of general professional health care experience.  An additional six months or more of home care case management or significant communication/marketing experience is desired. Flexible scheduling is provided. 

Licensed Nursing Assistants - A benefited, 30-hours per week opening for days or per diem shifts available for overnights.

Pediatric High Tech Nursing - Both a fulltime and a part-time, benefited. overnight opening is available for RNs or LPNs to work with technology-dependent children. Experience working with ventilators is desired but not required.

Franklin County Home Health Agency

Registered Nurse - Per-diem. Practice, teach and/or supervise nursing care in a community setting; responsible for assigned clients and families; carrying out nursing skills contributing to treatment and rehabilitation, prevention of disease and conservation of health. Registered Nurses participate in Home Care and Hospice programs. 

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; must possess, as a minimum, an Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred.  One year minimum of progressive clinical experience as a registered nurse preferred.  Basic working knowledge of computers preferred. Possess current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of Vermont.

Registered Nurse - Full-time, weekend and on-call rotation required practice, teach and/or supervise nursing care in a community setting; responsible for assigned clients and families; carry out nursing skills contributing to treatment and rehabilitation, prevention of disease and conservation of health.  Participate in the Hospice Program. 

   Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; must possess, as a minimum, an Associates Degree in Nursing.  BSN preferred.  One year minimum of p progressive clinical experience  as a registered nurse preferred. Basic working        Kknowledge of computers preferred.

   License Requirements:  Possess current license as a registered professional nurse infor the State of Vermont as stipulated in Title 26 VSA, Chapter 28.

   Licensed Nursing Assistant - Licensed Nursing Assistants provide personal care a and treatment under the supervision  of Registered Nurses and Therapists. Part-time (  (32-hours) and per diem.

CCare Attendant - Per-diem. Use your skills and talents to help people as a Care AAttendant in our Long Term Care Department.  You will make a positive impact on ptpatient's abilities to function independently at home. Care Attendants assist people in ththeir homes by providing light housekeeping, cooking grocery shopping, errands, and s home personal care.  We are looking for people who like to work mornings, evenings orweekends.
