Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem. Applicants must be licensed or able to gain licensure to practice in Vermont.

Registered Nurse (per diem) - We're seeking compassionate, team-oriented individuals to provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages including admission, evaluation and care plan development. Working with a team of home care professionals and paraprofessionals, our nurses strive to achieve the highest level of coordinated care for clients served in Rutland County, Dorset and Rupert.

Candidates must be licensed and currently registered to practice in Vermont, and have a BSN or ADN. One year of prior clinical experience is preferred. On-call weeknights and weekends required.

Hospice Nurse (per diem) - We're seeking a compassionate, skilled nurses to join our hospice team. As part of this team, you will work with a group of home health and spiritual/bereavement counseling professionals focused on bringing dignity and comfort to the dying process.

Qualified applicants will have a valid Vermont state nursing license and one year of clinical experience. Prior home care and/or hospice experience proffered. On-call weeknights and weekends required.

Monitors Accounts Receivable over 90 days and contacts patients and insurance companies to resolve accounts.
