Excellent communication and leadership skills required. Ability to work with patients and family members during end-of-life phase of life. Qualifications: BSN. Five years of clinical experience with a minimum of two years in a supervisory position required. Ability to display knowledge of pain and symptom control required. Registered Nurse - Seeking per-diem Home Care and Hospice Nurses. At RAVNAH, our nurses are part of a team of home health care providers who serve our adult and geriatric clients throughout Rutland County. Our nurses serve as case managers and work with an expert team of clinicians and home care aides deliver specialized and individualized care to our patients throughout Rutland and northern Bennington Counties. Associate's or Bachelors prepared nurses with prior experience are preferred. High Tech and medical surgical experience is a plus. Personal Care Attendants - We’re looking for energetic and caring individuals to provide a variety of home care services to clients of all ages. Incumbents will work with patients and their families to provide quality care, respite and companionship services. Experience in working with a newborn or geriatric population is helpful. Case-specific training will be provided to new staff members. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills are a must. Experience as a caregiver or licensure with the State of Vermont as an LNA is helpful. Licensed Nursing Assistant - To provide skilled and/or specialized care according to individualized care plans along with personal care and supportive services to clients of all ages in their homes. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, current Vermont LNA license and access to reliable transportation.
