Community Health Staff Nurse, RN - Position with weekend rotation providing home care services in Caledonia and southern Essex counties.  Requirements include having a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and licensure in the State of Vermont as an RN.  Home Health and supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Therapist - Provide Physical Therapy services to homebound clients throughout our service area. Must be able to work with a team, as well as independently. Applicants must have a Vermont Driver’s license, reliable transportation and Vermont licensure as a Physical Therapist with at least one year of experience in a health care setting.

Maternal Child Health Nurse  - Experience in MCH, Pediatric or Obstetrics nursing required. Minimum of 1-2 yrs experience in home care and 2 yrs in health care.
